Conditional Formatting or Automation For Time

Hello,
I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to do conditional formatting or automation for the following application.
We have a date/time column that time stamps when a new entry from a form is completed. This sheet is going to be used for a witness/hold point notification, and we want a requirement of 26 hours to be in place. My goal is to be able to highlight a row or cell red when it does not meet this requirement. Currently, I am only able to place individual columns for Date and Time separately that do can't corelate with each other and will not allow me to set the requirements above.
