I am trying to add someone to a shared folder and I keep getting an error message. "An Error has Occurred, try again later"

I have been experiencing a similar issue when working to update an automation today. I'm thinking it may be a system concern, and not just you.

Smartsheet Status: https://status.smartsheet.com/ is not showing an outage, but I have a few on my team reporting weird interactions today.

@Crawford1 In that case, I would recommend reaching out to Support@ https://help.smartsheet.com/contact. This would allow someone to loop into what is happening if it is a more pervasive issue.
