Are there any AI tools that can mine Smartsheet files for analysis

For example, if I have dozens of project plans that have similar data, is there an AI tool out there that can mine those templates for things like - just making this up - task durations and analyze the various conditions around those tasks that may have impacted the durations.

To imagine an example, such a tool would give a result like this - for task durations exceeding 5 days, the majority of them had predecessors which may have held up the completion of the task.

Or…

Tasks that had no parent often had durations half as long as tasks with a parent.

Stuff like that…

Such a tool would not have to be specific to Smartsheet. It would a tool that could analyze project plans on any platform.

Are you on Enterprise License or Business license? With the enterprise license there is AI already built in and it does exactly what you say it's called Data Analysis - https://www.smartsheet.com/ai?srsltid=AfmBOorpczFKK8pOhSEe9j8tnzqtrxUkSgd9SlJQz2M2DJqMYj8Xnv40

Smartsheet was giving this option to try out also to Pro and Business customers but it was only till end of 2024.

There is also a way to connect Smartsheet through Zapier to ChatGPT but it bit more complicated.
