I have a free trial and am trying to upgrade but I keep getting an error message to try again later. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Hi @BobbyMac72,

    You can check your plan information within your account. To do so, click yourย Account iconย >ย Plan Infoย (orย Plan & Billing Info, if youโ€™re the System Admin). Youโ€™ll then see the plan type youโ€™re currently on. See this article for more details:ย Identifyย your Smartsheet plan and user type.

    Regarding the error message youโ€™re seeing when attempting to access/create a WorkApp, youโ€™re seeing this because some features are available only to certain plans, and WorkApps are one of these features - they are available to users on Enterprise or Advance plans. In our help articles, we include a โ€œWho can use this?โ€ box at the top, that details which plan types the feature is available for. Check out the following articles for more information on WorkApps:

    You can also take a look at ourย Pricing pageย to compare plans and see the features that are included or are available as add-ons for each plan type.

    Hope that helps!

    Hi @BobbyMac72,

    Are you still having trouble with this? Iโ€™d recommend trying in different browsers and in a private/incognito window of your browser if you havenโ€™t already tried this. If youโ€™re still getting the error, you may need to contact our Support team to have them investigate and communicate with you via private channels.ย

    However, if you can share a screenshot here of the error message youโ€™re getting, weโ€™ll be happy to take a look and see if we can share any further insight!

    Thanks,ย

    Georgie

    This is the error message I am getting. I tried Firefox and Chrome browsers with the same result. I am thinking it is glitching out. This first appeared after I put in my payment info to upgrade. I never received a confirmation. I just check in the admin section under plan and billing. The Plan now says Pro. So I guess the payment was accepted. However, when I cling on view payment details or view receipts and history, this same error message appears. I will have to contact the support team. Thanks for the link!

    @BobbyMac72,

    No problem - glad to hear it sounds like the plan has been upgraded successfully.

    You can also take a look at our Billing & Finance Customer Support Center for help with receipts.

    Thanks,

    Georgie

    I thought it was upgraded successfully. I just tried to click on the WorkApp and it said upgrade required then had the same error as originally stated. This is a pic of the new error.
