Flagging if two cells are not the same.

I have two columns on my Smartsheet that I have a person's state listed, I need to be able to have a flag if those two do not match. I have multiple state drop downs in each column. Is there a way to say these are not matching and either flag or email someone?

You could add a column for "problems" and use an if() statement to catch disagreements like this (or other issues) and then use conditional formatting accordingly.
