How to add Description in our Dropdown list as additional Information

Hi All,

I need help how to create Pop up message when we have dropdown list to selected by team. So when they click the list and they can see the information what they need to select.

Ex. In the column we need to populate data, we put drop down list of Type of Project are A,B,C, D and E. We need they select the correct type of Project so, when they need to select the option there is pop up message like :

" Type A : Contract amount > 5 MUSD and Supply Only; Type B : Contract amount > 10 MUSD and complete scope; Type C : contract amount > 50 MUSD ; Type D > 100 MUSD

    Hello @Erimnisa

    As far as I know, you are not able to add a pop-up on the sheet, but there are a few things you could try.

    You could add a column description with the additional information. To do this, right click on the column, select, "Add Column Description", add the additional information, then click "Ok".

    Now, when you hover over the "i", in the column header, the information will display:

    You could also try adding the additional information in a Summary Field. To do this, click on the Summary Field icon (location on the far right). Click on "+ New Filed", title the Summary Field (leave the Type as Text/Number), then click "Ok". Next enter the additional information.
