I can't find the automation workflow that is changing a cell

I have a cell that is being updated automatically, but I can't find the automation workflow that is driving the change. I have 17 automations in this sheet. Several of them change a cell based on another cell, others request an update, alert contacts of a change, clear a cell, record a date etc. I have one change that is appearing in my sheet, that I can't find in any of my 17 automations. I think I know which one SHOULD be driving it, but it isn't showing that particular detail.

Here's the particulars: A discrepancy is identified and entered in the sheet. Once resolved, the user enters a "Corrective Action". Once entered, it goes through an approval process (does the corrective action correctly answer the discrepancy) which is set up through the "Request an Approval" workflow. That workflow sends and email to the approver and asks them to Approve or Decline,

and that answer goes in a dropdown column with 3 possible selections: Submitted, Approved, Declined. When it goes to them for approval, before they select Approved or Declined, the cell goes from blank to Submitted. The change to Submitted could be done outside of this workflow a couple ways e.g.: when the corrective action is entered, a different automation records a date in the Date Complete column, and the date being entered triggers another automation that changes the Status column to Closed, and COULD also change the approval column to Submitted, but it doesn't. I have read through all 17 automations and I can't see where any of them change the Approval column to Submitted. How can I find what is driving this change?

    Hello @CherylCrouse,

I would check under your "Request an Approval" automations. Go to the "Request an Approval" section, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner, then select Advanced Options. This will show your any Customized Status' that may be updating automatically.

    I hope this helps!
