Dynamic View is missing drop down list items

I have a Dynamic View that is filtered using the "Restrict view by sheet filter" so the view only shows a certain users assigned projects. Each project has one or more resources. The "resources" column is a drop down list of all persons' names. I noticed in my Dynamic View that some names are not showing up as an option though it DOES show up on the source sheet. I can add it on that source sheet and then it shows on the view but that's counter productive to the purpose of the view.

Any ideas?

FIGURED IT OUT. The Dynamic View will only display the first 10,000 values in a drop down list so head's up for large organizations!
