Contact List suggestions not showing on Dynamic View

I have a number of contacts added to our sheet, however, when other people in my team access the sheet via dynamic view they cannot see the contact list suggestions on the dropdown.

I came across this related thread where @Genevieve P. has provided an explanation as to types of users and what contacts they’ll see in Dynamic View: Dynamic View and Contact Lists. Your situation sounds similar - that the users may not have access to the same contact list as you.

As suggested in the thread linked above, you could change the properties of the contact list column to restrict it to list values only and list all possible contacts as values - then anyone using the Dynamic View will see those listed contacts as options when they add new entries. Once the contact column is restricted to list values only, if no contacts are listed in the column properties, no values will show in the contact field in Dynamic View.
