I'm sorry but more information is needed. Some simple formulas to give you "monthly, quarterly and yearly" would be =MONTH(Date]@row) or =YEAR([Date]@row) and a nested IF statement can give you the quarter (based on the month).
Hope this helps.

I am trying to build a Metric Sheet that feeds off of 2 sheets. This is the formula that I am using =COUNTIF({3rd COMPLETED Work Order Summary Range 1}, IFERROR(MONTH(@cell), 0) = 1)

Hi @Norma Gonzalez!
Thanks for sharing your formula! I agree with @Adam Murphy to better assist you, could you provide more details on the issue you’re experiencing? Are you getting an error message, or is the formula returning incorrect results?
It would also be helpful if you could share a screenshot of your sheet (with any sensitive information blurred) or provide an example sheet with mock data. Additionally, knowing the expected outcome or what you are trying to accomplish with your formulas can be very useful to set those up.
Looking forward to your response!
Cheers,
