Form entry: Create new row for each checked checkbox in form

I have a form that uses checkboxes to accept user input.

I want the form to create a new row for each checked item in the form.

I do not want to rely on a third-party solution for this, as I am not part of the team that makes that type of budgetary decision, and it will unquestionably be denied.

(Category "Formulas and Functions" was the only category I was allowed to select, for some reason.)

As you probably know already the forms is only to create completely new rows where there is no data inside. If you want to create new rows when already there is a checkbox checked etc. it will always submit new row in the first row that is not created.

Have you considered using Request for Update or Dynamic View for that?
