this is not normal behaviour.

Have you checked on status.smartsheet.com if the Advanced Calendar App was up and running?

Thank you for your response, but on status.smartsheet.com I can't find the Advanced Calendar App, and all LIST show "OPERATIONAL" However, I created a calendar app from the report by rows, but the error comes when the report is from Sheet summary.
