Automation workflow to update Progress bar (Symbol type column)

Hi, I have a progress bar that I want to change to 'Full' when another column (check box) is ticked (1).

I tried the change cell wf but doesn't show me the option for this column type?

If I put a formula in the progress bar instead, I won't be able to do as column formula as will lock for the collaborator so formula may be lost when new row added?

Any ideas?

Column formula should work. Column formulas are automatically applied to all rows in the sheet including new rows as they are added.
