“form response email” would also include the “Headers”

I would like to request that the “form response email” would also include the “Headers” sections as these can contain important information and links. Yielding to when end user completes the form and checks the "send me a copy of my response"  option, those answers are sent to their email.

Can you provide a little more context of what you mean by Headers? I believe this is something you could add but would need to see what you may be referring to. @magsean :)
