Remove Workspace report from EC-MFA Settings in Admin Center, now generally available!

To streamline customer experience within Admin Center, the Workspace Report has been removed from the external collaborator multi-factor authentication window. This report was accessed only a handful of times since its release, and faced certain performance issues; we are removing it in line with our goal to provide efficient, high-impact security and governance tools.
