Matrix

I wish to create a training matrix .
So I have 1 list with all job contents listed . in that list is also a column where the names of the employees should be listed .
I provide for each employee a folder within smartheet , in that folder they have an overview of all their tasks that are on their name . So when in the general training matrix the name is mentioned the line should be visible in the sheet of the person.
The other way around, when I change a name in the general training matrix it should also change in the sheet. So task A is first assigned to Alan, then Tom. Then the task should go out of the person's list Alan , and into the other person's list Tom.
Attention it is possible that multipule names are mentioned in the training matrix list. then of cours it must appear in all folder of the mentioned names =:o)

Have you looked into creating a report and using the Current User filter?

Yes but i want to use the matrix alos to keep the employees high focus.. so if i see they have some problems with task or errors i want to make a note and they need to see it.
so some task in some shifts are appointed to different persons if person X is not performing i want to put e remark in the list and only that person need to see the remark …
