We currently manage a detailed Turnover schedule for our Housing Facilities operation. The main schedule sheet has all of the schedule details (contractors, custodians, inspections). I currently have an automation to run the Document Generator every morning to create a custom sign-in sheet for Turnover workers. We would like to add (2) QR codes to this document, but they currently live in a different, static sheet as they do not change (they are tied to the units themselves, whereas the schedule changes daily).
I tried adding all of the images to a separate sheet where all of our Unit details live and added an index-match formula to pull the images into a column on the schedule. I then learned images do not work with sheet-reference formulas.
How can I get these images into the schedule, and mapped to the document generator? I would use a report, but there's no way to automate the document from there.
