Calculations across hundreds of sheets

I'm waiting for smartsheet support to respond to my ticket I submitted 3/7, but I have hundreds of sheets that log when insurances policies are received and when they are coming up for renewal. How do I calculate the policies received by per week and per month across all sheets?

Have you looked into creating a row report that pulls in all sheets then filtered by date range?
