Adding Users

How do I get in contact with someone to add new users? I have tried submitting the "form" and even submitting a ticket when there was no response.

Are you a new customer? If you are, you are most likely on the User Subscription Model.
Here's the article on how to add users to your plan Add, edit and Deactivate Users

If you are not a system admin, you need to contact them to add the user for you.
