Outlook calendar not syncing

My Smartsheet calendar loaded correctly initially, but any updates in Smartsheet are not showing in Outlook now.

how long have you been waiting for the update?

maybe you can genrate anotehr .cal and connect with it?

Hi @ShaneRiddle and @kowal,

having the same problem with the calendar added via the ical link from Smartsheet not updating upon changes in Windows Outlook and on Mac in Calendar app.

Anyone else having that issue?

Most likely I have to contact smartsheet support.

so seems like a bigger thing and I hope Smartsheet will fix it soon.

I got email from Smartsheet recently talking about Microsoft and tokens needed but I thought it was for Outlook Plugin only problematic not for the calendar sync.

So, after waiting for 15 minutes with no updates, i closed the calendar app and when I reopened it, the updated info was there.

So, what is the expected timeframe for a calendar update to arrive in Outlook or Calendar.App?
