Anyone else have Resource Management notifications automatically enabled at the account level?

We've had RM set for up years, but as of late last week, ~3/12, email notifications are being sent out of RM when a change is done on the SS project site. These are not new projects and I am one of two Admins, so I know that we did not make any changes either in SS or RM.

Has anyone else had this issue or know why this occurred? We are working with an SS dev team and they confirmed that they didn't make a change.

We found a setting under accounts to disable email notifications, but I am disturbed that this just occurred without our knowledge or approval.

Hi @Cathy Salscheider,

That does seem strange - are you able to share a screenshot of one of the notification emails so that we can confirm where it came from? I’d recommend reaching out to Support so that they can investigate this, as they’ll be able to look into your Resource Management and sheet set up and review backend logs and can then communicate about your specific assets via private channels.

The notification came from RM and it included a link that connected back to the project in RM. I will reach out to support per your suggestion.
