Automation Not Running

Hello!

I have an automation that is supposed to be running whenever an index-match returns a checkmark to change a cell value. However, this automation has not worked and I don't really understand why not. Any help?

Your automation is looking at your Conditions first and your trigger second. You asking it to check for the Site Ready Activation which is also the trigger is failing your automation. The top trigger is fine, you need to remove the condition "Where site ready for activation" and leave only the "Status" condition.
