Data Shuttle Upload Not Working

Hi, I have set up a Data Shuttle Upload workflow that pulls data points from an Excel file saved in Box. The process runs successfully but the columns in the Target Smartsheet are not updating. I have tried multiple times, each time refreshing but no luck. The Excel file in Box is definitely show the updates and the mappings appear correct. Any suggestions on how to troubleshoot?

A few things I'd look at for troubleshooting:

—Is your target sheet empty? If not, start by uploading with a "Replace all values" selected (instead of the change based on index). If it should be based on index, delete all the data you just inputted into your sheet except a few rows, update your upload workflow, and rerun.
—Are your workflow filters in conflict? Verify the logic of any filters you have built - possibly going as far as deleting the filter/s one by one and rerunning, so that you can trace down if it's a filter issue. Of course, you'll need to manually recreate them when resolved.
—Is your Excel file in the exact format you expect? Be sure the Shuttle is mapped to the correct FILE and the correct SHEET. Change to a different sheet, save, then change back (don't run the process, just save it).
—Is Excel being a resource hog, so other programs can't read the file? QUIT EXCEL ENTIRELY, then launch Excel and open your attachment from Excel's File menu (NOT by double-clicking it), save it, quit, then restart your computer.

This is by no means a comprehensive list of how I'd troubleshoot when a Data Shuttle flow fails. But hopefully this is a good start for you. Good luck!
