Merging Columns together from different sheets.

I have two separate sheets, both tracking job #'s.

They are different job numbers and I want to bring those numbers over into another sheet with the column title DRR/Job # (the two different job #'s in one column).

Essentially we are tracking the amount of different jobs per persons name so I guess also, how can I efficiently copy over the rows and have the "Job Owners" copied over with the same Job #'s?

@Soumitra Bhowmick I have, yet it is not working. I keep getting a Circular Reference error or the formula works but nothing is showing up, the rows stay empty

@Soumitra Bhowmick its a little confusing so bear with me.

We have two sheets, a fabrication job tracking sheet (this gets its own job number) and a Design Request tracking sheet (this gets its own job number). We want to combine both sheets into one sheet just based on Name, Job Number, Work Type (Fabricator, Designer..etc). This sheet will be the most viewed in a dashboard to see how many resources we are currently using between both sheets

One key thing to note here, both the sheet have to have something in common to merge them as one. From the details you provided, seems like Job number in boths doesn't corrospond to each other.

@Soumitra Bhowmick Yes the numbers do not correspond to each other which is why I wanted to merge them into one column titled "Design #/Job #"

If I made these into separate columns, would this work?
