need formula for adding total from column if it meets the criteria from another column

=sumif(Division4:Division16,LSG,[Q1 AOP]14:[Q1 AOP]22)

Are you saying you want the sum of the divisions where Q1 AOP in row 14 is equal to Q1 AOP in row 22?
