I received several notifications that my mapped processes didn’t run and initially had trouble opening some of my Sheets. However, what I saw on the screen was very encouraging—it instantly made the momentary frustration disappear.

Smartsheet now displays a message when there’s an issue, confirming that the Smartsheet.com team has been notified—saving me from having to submit a ticket.

Thank you for your continuous efforts to improve Smartsheet! Your behind-the-scenes work makes our jobs so much easier—and so much more enjoyable!
