I figured out how to send an email before a specific date but now I can't get it to only provide the information on the row with the current date.
For example - I would like a reminder sent out 3 days before, then 2 days before, then 1 day before a date on the sheet. In the email I'd like the topic for that week to be shown, not the entire sheet.
(Yes, I see that I have the alert only going to me right now, eventually I'll update that to go to the manager assigned)
But when I test the workflow, I get the email, but it has the entire sheet (which is a years' worth of topics) instead of that week's topic.
