Some fields pushed from Aha! to Smartsheet show random numbers instead of the proper value

I recently got the integration between Aha! and Smartsheet set up and everything appeared to be working just fine. I made a few changes to my Smartsheet layout and now I have 2 fields that show a string of random numbers instead of the value that is set in Aha!

I've deleted the whole integration to start fresh and the issue still persists. Any ideas?

Hi @Ryansan,

Have you taken a look at the Aha! documentation here? I’d suggest doing this if you haven’t already - one thing I spotted there is the following:

“Smartsheet does not support formatted text, so formatted text will be sent with its HTML tags, e.g.  <p>This is a paragraph</p> . That way, when data is updated in Smartsheet and sent back to Aha! Roadmaps, the formatting will be consistent.”

If the above is not the issue, it might be something to do with your column types or formatting settings in Smartsheet, so I’d try changing these to see if that helps.

If the issue persists, I’d recommend reaching out to Aha! Support for assistance since the integration is built by them.
