Attached is a sample of what my co-workers and I would prefer over the current line by line layout (grid view.) I have looked at the card view and it is way too much at a time. Please review the pdf and see if there is a way to apply so we can be more productive.

This new proposed 'Layout' view could be a modified form of Document Generation, whereby Smartsheet allows us to select and position column placeholders on a portrait or landscape page grid (similar to a dashboard canvas grid) for a given row of data in an output format that could be printed to PDF.
For now, you could use the existing Generate Document feature to import a predefined form-filled PDF and map the columns to the text boxes you have already created/formatted in the PDF.
