New Project Submissions Not Transferring to Milestone Tracking Sheet & Project ID Skipping

I’m experiencing an issue with my Project Submission Form that populates data into the Project Intake Sheet and then transfers information into the Milestone Tracking Sheet. However, the last two submissions are not appearing in the Milestone Tracking Sheet.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far:

Manually entering the missing data into the Milestone Tracking Sheet, but it won’t allow any changes (I have Admin access).
Submitting a new project through the Project Submission Form, but the Project ID number unexpectedly jumps from PI-064 to PI-086, skipping multiple numbers.

Has anyone encountered a similar issue?

Hi @Angie74,

you've probably tried this but there aren't a shedload of empty rows on your sheet are there?

I thought I had an issue when I noticed that 'Move to another sheet" automation wasn't working on the destination, yet the row had gone from the source sheet.

Only scrolling down did I see that the rows had transferred. Lots of rows must have been added through testing, and I only deleted the contents, and not the rows themselves.

No I have scrolled down and nothing lingering. Although, I did notice that on the last entry one column has duplicate the information into the next row. I'm not able to delete, cut or remove this duplicate entry.
