Anyone know why this workflow will not run?

image.png image.png

I've tried duplicating the workflow and running it. I tried running one row at a time manually. Also tried running a few rows at a time manually. Tried lowering the conditions to just one needed to validate. Tried changing the trigger. Even tried moving the rows into a brand new blank sheet with the same headers.

Nothing has worked and I'm running out of ideas.

That is an odd one- one test you could perform is add one more check box column on the source and on your move row sheet titled "move row". (Typically when i make a move row sheet i save as new the main sheet and delete all the data). Then your workflow would be (at the top) when rows are changed—》 "move row is checked" with one condition of "when paid in full is checked" (or pick one filter on the last step of your process). Then test it in the sheet with a net new row, or run it manually on a correct row. If that doesn't work I would submit a support ticket. I'm assuming you have admin access on both sheets? You could also change from move row to copy row as another test (sometimes this can help support narrowing in on a cause.

Thank you @tcleaning!!! This worked perfect. For whatever reason it didn't like the logic in the automation. I was able to do as you suggested and put the checkbox logic in the main sheet and just automate using a move row column. Thanks again!!

Happy to help @sean.hagan1088 ! I have no clue why yours didn't like the logic, you built it well- glad the trick worked! Have a great day!
