How can I add up the total amounts for people across the PM and APM columns?

I am interested in getting utilization rates without purchasing resource management. How can I have a person that is a Project Manager for one project and also an Assistant Project Manager for a different column have the totals be combined in the total utilization column add up. The context is we want to be able to know which person to assign projects to next and with knowing what percentage theyre at across all projects will help.

hi @SWilloughby,
sumifs is a proper formula to use here and you just need to make proper conditions
if Mr X is your project manager but also project Assistant in another column you just create formula to sum the values if Mr X is met in those two columns.

as I said the sumifs is proper formula to use here but from your screenshot it's difficult to figure out how it shall look like.
