Smartsheet Sources/Destinations in Data Shuttle Not Loading

Title says it all but wondering if anyone else has this experience and knows what to do in addition to contacting support?

If I'm doing an offload or upload, whenever I click on "select the source/destination sheet" this is all that happens, for hours, with zero change, just these two spinning dots. It worked fine yesterday morning, but this started yesterday afternoon across all our users, in every browser and computer.

Ok, figured this out in case anyone else is having the same problem:

Data shuttle is now type ahead! Put in the name of sheet/workspace and it appears
