CAPTCHA disabled on a Form, form users still being asked to CAPTCHA process

@DanelleN does the captcha appear on incognito? if it does not, then its just cache.

did you try to make a copy of the form and see if it's still asking for captcha?

I used a lot of smartsheet forms turning captcha on and off and I never had this issue.

You are 100% that the link to form you are sharing is with turned off captcha (sorry if this is annoying question).

I am 100% sure Captcha is off and I've never had it happen before either. Thanks for reply.
