Plan Opt-Out Option for User Subscription Model
I have encountered a security concern in my Personal Settings, Plan Info area. I noticed that another plan/company is listed. When talking with Smartsheet, they indicated that this is due to the User Subscription Model. According to their response, users can now be members of multiple organizations simultaneously, becoming provisional members, members, guests, or viewers if given access to items owned by another plan in Smartsheet. This behavior is expected.
However, I would like to suggest a future enhancement to the subscription model. It would be beneficial to allow users to opt out of a company they have been added to. This feature would provide users with more control over their account and improve security by ensuring that they are not inadvertently associated with organizations they do not intend to be part of.
