Formula based of portfolio report
Hi, I would like to do a simple count and countif based of my portfolio report. But when I start the formula and want to link to the report, it is not available for selection. I am the admin/owner of the report. Is it just not possible to use a portfolio file for formulas?

Hi @meierli
It's not possible to use reports for cross sheet formulas. If you are using Control Center, the metric sheet you are showing would be at the project level and could rollup to a portfolio summary; then another metric sheet would be created to summarize information off the portfolio summary. If you aren't using Control Center, and depending on how many projects you have, this could be done manually with cell links from the project metric sheet to the portfolio metric sheet but that would be risky if you forgot to link a project or something.
Not the answer you were hoping for but I hope it helps in some way.
