Data Shuttle - Delete Rows No Longer In The Source File
I am trying to use Smartsheet and Data Shuttle to automate an open order report that we use. Part of the reason that we're trying to switch it over to Smartsheet is that we want it to be a living document, so that our buyers can write their notes for each order and see what is happening with other buyers orders should they need to back fill them in case of an emergency. The problem is that the report we pull from only shows open orders. Once an order is fully received it no longer shows on the report. This means that the "Delete Rows That No Longer Match Filter Criteria" option is useless for me, because those lines are just not on the report, not marked with an identifier. I also can't use the delete and replace option, because that would delete the information in the buyer notes every week. Having the option to delete rows that no longer appear in the source file would solve this issue.
