I keep getting this above error when synching my smartsheet with Jira

@cmontesi you have a data field that is too long for your jira constraints, this is caused by differing validation rules between the two systems.

Ex if jira has a 100 char limit but smar has a 200 then a 200 length piece of text cant fit into a 100.
