Automation on Row Changes at Specific Time

I want to set up an automation that runs daily at 8 am when any of three column cell values changes to any value.

I am struggling to figure out how to do this with having one email at a specific time with all the changes daily as the conditions only allow me to select cell values not change to any value and if i make the trigger rows are changed, then I can only select daily, not a specific time.

@swaldon2 for date/time automations, you do need to be specific about changes, is it possible to add a date column for last changed on (can also be an automation) and pick that up if it matches today-1?

Example - Automation 1- record date when column changes. (hidden column)

Automation 2- your date / time request if date is within the last 1 day?
