Automation - Users Blocked

I am unsure why my automation is giving me a user blocked message, I have tripple checked that they are in fact shared to the sheet and yet it is continuing to be an issue. I have logged out and back in also.

@Brianne you will need to check with your admin, if it isn't permissions based its because the user is blocking notifications

@prime_nathaniel I am the admin and owner of this sheet… So I am very lost - the users were receiving notifications up until I made some changes to my automations.

@Brianne so you already checked your automation settings and that everyone is on the sheet and is receiving other notifications?

@prime_nathaniel They are shared to the sheet, but I am unable to add them to any automations… On another sheet where i did the exact same thing, everything was working just fine.. now….. nothing. Its set to restricted. I also don't get this options for all of the automations for the sheet. One user that was a "Blocked" user can also no longer see it on their side at all. But they are in facts shared to the sheet.
