Actual vs Estimate Man hours monitoring in Resource Management

Hi Community,

For our setup of RM,

1. team leads are licensed resources, while team members are managed resources.
2. workload estimates are entered during project planning in smartsheet and then connected to RM

Is there a way to enter the actual hours of the team by the team lead?
How can I setup a tracking of the actual vs the estimate hours?
