3D Model in Brandfolder

I have seen a YouTube from Brandfolder showing a 3D model of the Sagrada Familia and on the video you could see when the mouse was over the model it said to click to move - we want to upload models and have this ability. We tried to upload a STL file but is showed as unsupported. What are we doing wrong? what type of file can do what was demonstrated? this is the title of the Youtube

Hi @CTops,

Having reviewed our Brandfolder File Types help article, I confirmed that STL files are not listed as a 3D image file type. I’d recommend using images with OBJ or FBX file types as these are listed as supported 3D images.
