Live connection Tableau and Smartsheet

Can we make a live connection between tableau and Smartsheet using smartsheet_ldc_setup_64bit_1.4.34.0_Signed ? I am able to do extracts but not Live connection.

Smartsheet Tableau Data Connector only supports extracts, not live connections. The Smartsheet Live Data Connector (LDC) works with ODBC and allows Tableau to connect to Smartsheet data — but Smartsheet itself doesn't support true live querying in Tableau. What appears to be a “live connection” in other data sources is actually an extract refresh behind the scenes when using Smartsheet.

Hi Heidi,

Thank you for your response . If you see the attached print screen of the Tableau datasource it clearly shows a Live connection . I have tested it several times. If we refresh tableau we get to see the new data instantly. Let me know.
