Is Run Once retriggerable?

I have a “run-once” automation set to trigger 180 days after a cell date is reached.

Will the automation run once “again” if the cell date is changed or not.

Will the automation run again if the “time” attribute is changed in the automation?

Hey Mark, I don't think it will run again after the first time. You could set up several Run Once automations at set intervals to ensure follow up notifications are sent if not completed. Feel free to explore how Update Requests could help streamline your workflows!!

Thank you Nick. Unfortunate to hear that.

I'm still searching for more details on exactly what "run once" means, especially if the user makes an error entering the date and corrects later.
