Send Notifications with Multiple Emails in To: Line
Hello,
I would like the option to have notification emails with multiple email addresses in the To: line when they come in. This allows the receivers to reply all when they get the email and discuss. This would be very valuable when sending notifications to outside groups that are not SS users.
My Case: I have a checkbox that, when clicked, sends an email to the Hotel VIP team with in-coming guest details (name, check-in date, check-out date, etc.). This information goes to the VIP front desk team and the VIP Managers team. The VIP team at the hotel does not use smartsheet. So the Management team wants to reply all to their front desk team to work on the request and make sure it is being worked on. The current notification goes to the front desk and the managers separately so they have to reply and add all of the people back into the chain in order to communicate.
This would be a very valuable option for other cases as well.
