Fix Errors in the Cash Flow Templates

I downloaded just one of the templates, the 12 month cash flow. I quickly spotted these errors, there may be more:

1. One of the months had a beginning cash balance of $0 instead of being fed from the ending balance of the prior month. The other monthly columns seemed to be correct.
2. In the yearly totals area the beginning balance was the sum of all months beginning balances. This is wrong of course. The beginning balance for the year is just the beginning balance for month 1.

When a user spots errors in a template it underscores the inherent reliability issues with the whole template gallery and with spreadsheets in general. I don't need a response to this, it's just for your benefit in improving your templates.
