    Hi @mav13,

Are you seeing that your metric formulas are returning incorrect values, or are they displaying error messages? If they’re displaying error messages, take a look here to see if you can diagnose and resolve the issue: Formula error messages.

I’d recommend reviewing the reference manager (right-click in any cell > Manage References) to check the status of your cross-sheet references in case any are inactive. If they’re inactive, try removing them from your formulas and setting them up again (see here: Create cross-sheet references). If all cross-sheet references are active, could you share the following additional information (make sure any sensitive data is hidden from screenshots, or replaced with dummy data)?:

    • Screenshots of:
      • your sheets, showing the formulas and the cells referenced by those formulas
      • the reference manager in the sheet containing the formulas
      • views of affected cross-sheet references from within formulas (edit the formula and click within the cross-sheet reference, then click “Edit Reference”) to show the “Reference Another Sheet” window and the selected range
    • The exact formulas being used that are no longer working
    • What are those formulas now displaying (incorrect results, or an error message - if so, which error?)

    Thanks,

    Georgie

    Hi Geargie,

All are invalid references, When I try to debug the problem, it seems the Range Names were lost. I didn't have time to remap all the formulas since I had to give a presentation using the data. More than fixing the issue, where I will have to remap each formula, I am more interested in assessing what caused this issue, and what triggered the range names to be lost. thanks

The links to the sources and ranges are missing.

This is an old Copy of the same metric sheet, Here you see the ranges and the ranges and the correct sheet linked,

    Thanks

    Hi @mav13,

Thanks for providing further information. It might be that the sheets referenced by these ranges have been deleted or perhaps that you no longer have access to them, but I would recommend opening a Support ticket to have the team investigate further - they can then communicate with you via private channels to identify a cause for this behaviour.

    Thanks,

    Georgie
