Roll up report of reports?

Hi, is it possible to create a report of all reports within a workspace?

Use case:

I have a WS with sub folders which includes 'project templates'.

Within each of these 'template folders' it has sheets, reports and dashboards.

To have an aggregrate view I can roll up sheets and have quick link access to those sheets within all sub folders. I want to have the same but instead of sheets, have an aggregate quick link to certain reports using the filter to just group report names.

Reason: since we don't have control centre, if I need to retro fit updates to inflight projects, I need to make changes to certain reports one by one.

It would be great if I can have a report to quickly find all reports with name 'X' and then make go into them to make the necessary changes on individual reports (in this case, I need to change the filters on each).

Hoping there is a solution?

You would need to leverage the API, the premium add-on Bridge, or some other 3rd party app.

@melimob, Have you tried creating a report sourced from an entire workspace (or multiple)? Since reports are not standalone and only reflect values contained in the sheets, they cannot be a source for another report. However, if you select an entire workspace as your source, it can behave similar to control center portfolio reports. You can adjust your filters such that the rows you bring in are just from one "type" of sheet contained in that workspace. (plan, budget, etc) Then, if you include the Sheet Name column, navigating between each of those sheets to make your updates is much simpler. Hope that helps.

Sandy, yes, this is what I'm doing however instead of rolling up all the sheets in the WS, I was seeing if I could roll up the reports from the WS.

Seems I can't without 3rd party apps or bridge.
