% Utilization for PM and APM

I am trying to figure out how to add up percentages to see which Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager to assign to the next project. As you can see, some Assistant Project Managers also act as Project Managers on smaller projects. Due to this the utilization rate needs to take into effect both columns. I have attempted to make a reference sheet to see if formulas would work better for that but still cannot figure this out.

SWilloughby so you want create a cross refernce between the two sheets for the name, pm u, and the apm u columns. You can then just use a sumifs.

That said, be careful about aggregating %'s as if they are not weighted equally the result is not mathematically correct.
