I've been using Smartsheet for more than 6 years, and I can't imagine my day without it. 🚀

I remember when I first started using Smartsheet, trying to figure out why the formula syntax was wrong, was definitely a "I need a coffee for this" type of moment. ☕ It always seemed to be a comma in the wrong place!

With the AI functionality in Smartsheet, getting those formulas right is so much easier now. 💡

I really love using Smartsheet AI. I make use of the generate formula, text, and summaries (which is amazing for summarizing those essays submitted in a form) and the analyze data features. 📊✨

I'd love to hear from the community about any other AI tips and tricks that I might not be leveraging to their full potential. 🤔

Hi,I've been using Smartsheet for over 2 years.

I use the AI functionality in Smartsheet primarily to generate and troubleshoot formulas, which has been a life saver. I also use the analyze data tool to create quick charts or computations from my sheet.

I have yet to use AI but plan to in the future to help generate knowledge related to risks, common change orders, and applying lessons learned from various projects on new projects.

I have been using Smartsheets for over 5 years in various industries! Smartsheet AI, I am rather new to but AI in general, I use it in my day to day all the time. We will be upgrading our business plan to enterprise soon, and I know that comes with an AI Integration, and I am so happy! Cannot wait to explore it more!

Hello!

I've been using Smartsheet for 4 years now.

My primary role is to create Smartsheet solutions for Project, Program, and Portfolio Management. I support multiple PMOs.

I also develop trackers for our finance team to support forecasting expenses such as hiring needs throughout the current year and into the upcoming year.

I build intake, change management, new business opportunity pipeline and roadmap, and several other operations solutions.

There's no telling where my Smartsheet development will take me or what type of solution I'll be tasked with next.

I like learning new ideas and approaches from my peers. I love learning about formulas I haven't used before, or using formulas I've already used but in new ways.

I'm looking forward to what this AI Community will come to offer and include. As is probably the case for most, I've been using AI more and more lately. I've recently updated my career path and plan within my employee profile to include AI as a stretch goal. My plan is to take advantage of my company's training offerings and become proficient with building AI and ML apps. My first step will be to brush up on Python.

Hello everyone !

My name is Florian and I am a Quality Systems Project Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific.
I have been in my role for about 3 years and I discovered Smartsheet 2 years ago ; I immediately loved it !
In Smartsheet, I have built a whole PMO solution for a big program, we use it to manage multiple project plans, roadmaps, risks and issues logs, and many metrics.

I have used AI to help me generating complex formulas, especially those related to dates. I've always struggled and AI has been of a great help in that matter !

I love the "Analyze data" piece too, especially since we can get the graphic directly onto a dashboard !

On the other hand, I see no use case for the text generation part, maybe it will come later.

I'm just curious to learn from the other users any use cases, to expand my use of AI in Smartsheet !

Hello!

I started using Smartsheet in 2012 and convinced my boss at the time to ditch their spreadsheets and utilize Smartsheet for everything possible and I've been using Smartsheet ever since.

The company I've been with 2019 is a long-time user (former Control Center/Pivot/Calendar/DataMesh) and while we had to downgrade our Advance subscription, I'm pushing to establish a PMO use case for new neighborhoods in concert with our construction ERP.

I've been using the AI function in Smartsheet primarily to assist and repair my formulas which has been amazing.

Hello all! My name is Ang. I have been using Smartsheet since December of 2023. I am currently the only system Admin for you IT department in Healthcare as well as now expanding to our Human Resources department. I use Smartsheet AI a lot when it comes to formulas and just recently for lessons learned dashboards for projects to add charts. I would love to learn more about how others are utilizing AI.
